With over a decade of experience in personal training, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to his chiropractic practice. From a young age, Jason developed a profound respect and passion for the human body through his time playing competitive basketball, and navigating numerous injuries. Jason experienced first hand insight into the body’s remarkable capacity for healing and adaptation, inspiring his osteopathic career.
Jason is dedicated to empowering and educating his patients, ensuring they are active participants in their own recovery journey. His experience extends to elite sports, having served as a team osteopath and managed player welfare for an NPL soccer club, allowing him to proficiently identify and treat various musculoskeletal conditions across all walks of life.
Driven by a strong appreciation for the body’s inherent self-healing mechanisms, Jason is committed to ongoing professional growth. He also plays a key role in clinic management and is actively involved in training and mentoring emerging practitioners, all while continuously advancing his professional growth.

Alongside his masters of Physiotherapy, Matt also has a degree in exercise science which enables him to combine his knowledge of exercise and manual therapy skills to provide ongoing long term outcomes for his patients.
Matt has a strong interest in sport having played basketball competitively at a high level when he was younger. He has a particular interest in rehabbing sporting injuries and developing ongoing injury prevention strategies. Matt has also previously worked with Northcote city fc attaining a strong understanding of the requirements of high level sports.
Matt is also passionate about treating everyone and helping others reach their goals no matter how big or small.
Outside of the clinic Matt enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball and watching the Essendon bombers.

Nam Phan is a dedicated physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience. He believes in evidence-based practice and a genuine commitment as the foundation to helping patients achieve lasting results. Nam adopts a multifaceted treatment philosophy that combines manual therapy with targeted exercise prescription. His focus is not only to relieve pain but also to address the root cause of injury, empowering individuals to take control of their recovery and prevent recurrence.
He also served as a sports physiotherapist at a state-league division 1 soccer club for multiple seasons. His role involved managing acute injuries, optimizing performance, and facilitating safe return to play. Having reached an elite level of competitive powerlifting himself, Nam has navigated numerous of his own injuries. This personal experience allows him to empathize with his patients and provide insight-driven guidance through every stage of rehabilitation.
As the clinical director at MJB Epping, Nam mentors fellow practitioners, offering guidance in the clinical application of critical thinking and clinical reasoning. Through this role, he helps other physiotherapists enhance their diagnostic accuracy, develop effective treatment plans, and grow in confidence when managing complex cases.

Chelsea is an Osteopath who completed her Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. Chelsea embraces a holistic approach with her patients and believes treating the body as a whole is substantial to achieve optimal results. Chelsea employs a range of techniques including soft/ deep tissue massage, MET, HVLA, dry needling, and cupping.
Coming from a competitive netball background, Chelsea is passionate about treating and rehabbing sporting injuries and getting her patients back to what they love. Having worked as a sports trainer for Macedon FNC, Chelsea has seen a wide variety of injuries and has worked alongside athletes during their rehabilitation. Chelsea also enjoys treating complaints of the neck and low back and helping her patients implement strategies for injury management to achieve long-lasting results.

A recent arrival to Australia from Hong Kong where he had practiced as a Physiotherapist for 27 years. David has always had a strong interest in sports, and have had the opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience covering a wide variety of sports.
In Hong Kong he worked with national teams representing Hong Kong in Tennis, Cricket, Hockey, and Rugby at competitions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan, UAE, Brunei, Thailand, and the Philippines. David has also covered APGA golf tournaments and ATP tennis tournaments in China, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
When not on a sports field David works closely with orthopedic surgeons in rehabilitation of clients with conditions and injuries from head to foot.
Experience has taught him to pay attention to more than only the obvious problem in front of him. David has learned to take a holistic approach to all clients in treating the whole person and working with them to achieve their best.
Outside of the clinic David enjoys spending time with family and long walks exploring the countryside.

Stephanie is an enthusiastic Osteopath who prior to her career in osteopathy completed a Bachelor of Health Science at La Trobe University majoring in Rehabilitation Counselling. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for many years, she strongly believes ‘exercise is medicine’ and empowers her patients to play an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
Stephanie believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, and works closely with her patients to ensure her treatments align with their needs and values. She is passionate about helping people make meaningful improvements in their pain and function using, a combination of osteopathic techniques, education, Pilates based rehabilitation and self-management strategies. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and also has a keen interest in women’s health, back & neck pain and postural/work related strains.
Stephanie enjoys exercising in the form of running and Pilates, and regularly participates in sporting charity events. Self-care for her involves meditating, reading novels, listening to music and surrounding herself with good company.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Ryan completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science at the Australian Catholic University followed, by a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Victoria University.
Ryan has an interest in Brazilian jiu jitsu and resistance training, achieving his black belt in 2022, as well as a black belt in Taekwondo in 2012. Coming from a martial arts background, Ryan has a great understanding of how injuries occur during training, allowing for a quicker and more specialized treatment.
Ryan believes in using exercise as a tool to treat pain and improve function, with exercise being the best way to improve quality of life in the long term.
Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys spending his time training, reading/watching manga and anime, and relaxing at cafes.

Sam is an expert Podiatrist who helps people by investigating the root causes of their complaints. After diagnosing a problem Sam works with patients to help them return to activity without pain and with increased movement. Sam believes he has a responsibility to help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives through his knowledge of biomechanics and sports medicine.

Sali enjoys working with people from various backgrounds and all walks of life. She takes the time to listen and encourages her patients to share their beliefs and previous experiences. Sali’s positive attitude helps to empower her patients to have a more optimistic outlook on their rehabilitation journey. She believes that ‘things might look dark but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel’.
Sali adopts a holistic approach, which includes hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education. She has a special interest in different musculoskeletal and spinal pain conditions, and has had great outcomes working with TAC and Workcover clients.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys training at the gym, horse riding, and spending time with family.

Kerri is a clinical Pilates instructor and exercise scientist. Having taught Pilates since 2018 to both healthy populations and in a rehab setting she is a big believer in functional movement and helping you find the best movement for you! Richard completed his physiotherapy studies in New Zealand at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2018. Since completing his degree, he has also completed further studies in dry needling, as well as his CPT qualification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which has provided him with a range of tools to use in rehab. Richard has a strong interest in sports medicine and injury prevention, having worked with rugby and soccer clubs across Auckland, NZ.
You can find him on the soccer pitch or training and conditioning in the gym to stay fit. He is a firm believer in using movement as medicine and aims to optimise movement quality through the rehab journey to get his patients back to full function.

Michael completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University, preceded by a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at ACU.
Michael strongly believes in empowering his clients, so that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to self-manage their conditions away from the clinic, ultimately improving long-term health outcomes.
Michael’s experience, working as head physiotherapist for Green Gully Soccer Club’s NPL1 Senior team showcases his passion for sporting injuries and rehabilitation.
Michael enjoys adopting a holistic treatment approach, including exercise and manual therapy techniques to facilitate the recovery process, whilst truly caring and getting to know his patients.
Away from the clinic, Michael enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany graduated with a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Physiology) from Monash University before completing her Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. Tiffany uses a range of techniques in the treatment room, which include, but not limited to: articulation, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue massage, as well as dry needling and cupping.
She enjoys educating her patients and providing them with the tools to have long-lasting effects on their health outside of the treatment room.

In 2019, Luti earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Chester in England, where he developed a strong understanding of the role of exercise in health and rehabilitation. His passion for osteopathy began during his further studies at RMIT University in Melbourne, where he completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Applied Sciences (Osteopathy).
Luti provides his patients with the highest standard of care by continually learning and refining his approach. Osteopathy’s hands-on approach is central to his philosophy, as he believes it plays a powerful role in pain management and recovery. He also emphasizes the importance of exercise as a tool for fostering long-term adaptations and success. Luti enjoys working closely with each patient, tailoring his approach to meet their unique needs and values, to restore their health and help them achieve their goals.
Outside of the clinic, Luti shares his passion for sport as a tennis coach, mentoring young players and helping them reach their potential. He also loves traveling and seeking out new adventures.

Matthew has always been interested in anatomy, medicine and healthcare and together with his own experiences playing football and dealing with sporting injuries, helped direct him towards assisting others with Osteopathy.

He enjoys building relationships with his patients and provides the advice and guidance needed to achieve positive outcomes.
Matthew enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints and welcomes patients of all ages, but has particular interest in injury rehabilitation, headache management and postural correction.

Sarah graduated from RMIT University with a double Bachelor of Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy). She discovered Osteopathy after suffering several sporting injuries herself, and saw the benefits osteopathic treatment brought for her family and friends.
Sarah is a passionate practitioner who welcomes clients of all ages. She treats a range of both acute and chronic injuries, with a particular interest in low back pain, neck pain and headaches. She is also qualified in Dry Needling. She believes in having a hands-on approach to helping people recover from their injuries and ailments, so that they can enjoy the activities that they love.
When Sarah is not at work, she likes to stay active by playing sports, hitting the gym or playing with her King Charles Cavalier, Rex.

Brendan came about in the profession after seeing an Osteopath for a shoulder injury obtained at the gym. He was impressed by the holistic approach the Osteopath took in treating his shoulder and was interested in the profession.
Due to that that holistic approach, Brendan approaches each individual case in the similar manner, taking a detailed history and examination to obtain an appropriate treatment plan. With his own prior experience with a shoulder injury, Brendan enjoys treating shoulder conditions.
Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Brendan studied a science degree majoring in Physiology. This further lead him to study Osteopathy for five years.
Brendan has worked in the past with football teams as a sports trainer helping assist and manage sports injuries obtained by players. He has also worked in an orthopaedic hospital in Mumbai looking at common knee and shoulder injuries.
Brendan’s hobbies involve resistant weight training and Brazilian jiu jitsu. During his time off he enjoys exploring cafes in Melbourne with his three dogs. He is also a supporter of the dees.

Emily has a strong perspective in treatment and the prevention of pain, along with improving function and empowering those with the tools required for self-management. Her strong ‘hands-on’ approach has aided her in working closely with the Greensborough Football Club. Emily is a big believer in a multi-modal approach to treatment including but not limited to: manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue massage, stretching, dry needling and using therapeutic machines when appropriate.

Fady graduated with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. Having performed rural health training, Fady has developed a keen interest in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, as well as employing personalised treatment plans rooted in evidence based practices.
Fady employs an “all-round” approach with his patients, utilising manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and addressing external factors that may be affecting his patient’s quality of life.
