During her studies, Jessica has tutored and examined undergraduate Osteopathy students at RMIT and aspires to continue with this throughout her career.
A keen participant in team sports, Jessica has a long held affinity for fitness and health that has fueled her desire to assist others through sports related injuries, while also developing her own new methods of self management.
Jessica’s interests aren’t just limited to sports/exercise related presentations. She has a strong interest in women’s health and well-being, as well as postural correction and post surgical rehabilitation. After thorough diagnosis, Jessica aims to establish the underlying cause of dysfunction, striving for effective and long term results.
When treating, Jessica utilizes a wide range of techniques, tailoring each treatment to the patient’s individual requirements. Jessica is planning on completing a course in Dry Needling and Shockwave Therapy so she can incorporate the most up to date techniques to her treatments, and being an animal lover, is also hoping to complete a course in animal Osteopathy.
