Sarah is a passionate and approachable practitioner who welcomes clients of all ages. She treats a range of acute and chronic conditions, with particular interests in lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and lower back disc rehabilitation. She is also qualified in dry needling.
Sarah takes a hands-on, personalised approach to treatment and education, working with each individual to support their recovery and help them return to the activities they enjoy. She believes in empowering every person to understand their body, build confidence in their movement and find the balance they need to live their best life.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active by representing her teams in dodgeball and gym training. She also loves spending time with her pug, Winston.
