Ms Sienna Freeman

B.AppSc (Physio), Masters Physiotherapy
PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Sienna is a qualified physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from La Trobe University. She takes a whole-body approach to treatment, aiming to restore balance, reduce pain, and prevent recurrence rather than simply managing symptoms.

With a background in Pilates instruction, Sienna has a strong interest in strength, movement quality, and exercise-based rehabilitation. She enjoys creating individualised programs that are realistic, progressive, and designed to fit into real life, not just the clinic.

Sienna works with people of all ages and activity levels, from athletes to those simply wanting to move through daily life with less pain and more confidence. She has a particular interest in women’s health, supporting women through all stages of life including pregnancy and postnatal recovery. She integrates hands-on therapy and tailored exercise programs to support each individual’s needs, always focusing on building strength, resilience, and long-term results.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Sienna teaching Pilates, training herself, or enjoying the outdoors.
